ESTA Application Guide

What is ESTA?

ESTA stands for Electronic System for Travel Authorization, and it is required for travelers from Visa Waiver Program countries visiting the United States for tourism or business for stays up to 90 days.

It is essential to apply for ESTA before your travel to the U.S. to avoid delays or entry denials. The process is straightforward and can be completed online.

Ensure all your information is accurate when applying, including your passport details, travel plans, and any relevant background checks.

After submitting your application, most applicants receive a decision within minutes. However, it’s advised to apply for ESTA at least 72 hours before your travel.

An ESTA is valid for two years from the date of authorization, or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.
